Comment: This painting shows Mead Schaeffer at his most painterly. He brought to the table a very strong sense of composition and drama. Having studied under both Dean Cornwell and Harvey Dunn, his works especially those from this period are due for a substantial surge in prices. Now's the time to get yours. Purchase of the artwork is accompanied by a copy of the magazine.

Price: $16,500
