Thanks for
visiting my website and taking the time to look it over.
I'm always trying to find new ways to make the site more interesting
and informative. I'd encourage readers of this page to check out
the INVENTORY, SALES and FRESH pages … and beyond that drop
me a line and let me know what you're looking for.
For those interested
in pulp and paperback artwork, I encourage you to visit Windy City
Pulp and Paper in Lombard Illinois, April 27th -29th. Yes... I'll
be there for the third year in a row. It's a show that I enjoy
a lot and at which I do well enough to justify about a week out
of the office. I mention this now mainly because I know all too
well how quickly three months go by... especially in terms of updating
the website.
My book, “Masters of American Illustration: 41 Illustrators
and How They Worked” is now sold out... save the occasional
listing on Amazon at more than triple the list price. I'm hoping
for a second printing by summer but please don't hold me to that
since there are a lot of factors beyond my control. To those who've
bought the book... thanks.
I guess that the fact that there's not
all that much new news here makes me look further ahead... In July
I'll be set up at ComicCon International in San Diego. I'll have
a somewhat larger space than in years past... come visit booth
400. I'm eager to make a particularly big splash at that show this
year and am pondering various special things that I can do. I'll
keep you posted.
Enjoy my website... if you have any questions, are interested
in buying, consigning or selling or if you just want to chew the
fat about illustration art... email, call or write. If you miss
me, please know that I do make a concerted effort to get back to
everyone within 24 hours.
