Whitmore, Coby

Price: $7,400.00

Description: Couple in interior, she wearing flowered skirt

Comment: Whitmore is another artist for whose work I am frequently asked. This is pretty much of a tour-de-force though from later in his magazine career than what I usually get in on consignment. See the way he's used the riot of color in the foreground to make the background seem closer. In turn this eliminates the depth and creates an intimacy between the two figures.

Price: $7,400 (+ $100 domestic shipping)
