Comment: I just spent a few minutes going through The Illustrated Press' recent (2016) book on the artist. My saying this will not come as a surprise to anyone, but: “Man, oh man… could that guy paint, or what?” A nice example of Lovell's work for the women's and general interest magazines of the 1950's. Had been in the same collection since well before Tom's death in 1997.
